Ceremony Details
Our ceremony will begin at 4pm at Ivy Ridge
Please arrive between 3:30pm - 3:45pm
(directions & accommodation details are below)
to park and catch a golf cart to the ceremony.
The ceremony will be followed by cocktails and appetizers on the terrace, including an open bar.
We kindly ask that the ceremony be phone-free so everyone can be fully present.
Reception Details
After cocktails on the terrace, please enjoy a full dinner accompanied by speeches and toasts. Wine and beer will be served with dinner.
Following dinner, join us for a bonfire and dancing, with an open bar, dessert, and late-night snacks.
Guests are welcome (and encouraged!) to take photos during the reception. We would love to see your moments, please tag us and use #WesterbyWedding when posting.

Our Love Story
Evan and Jenn first met while attending Gravenhurst High School together. As the future husband and wife didn’t spend much time together back then, they had no idea that the love of their lives was just down the hall.
In 2011, Jenn and Evan both traveled to Costa Rica on a school trip, where Jenn will happily tell anyone who listens that Evan saved her life in the rapids. Even then, the future lovebirds had no idea what fate had in store. Soon after, they went their separate ways: Evan headed off to college to study architecture, while Jenn went to university to get her Master's of Education.
After living away from Muskoka for over ten years, fate stepped in once again, and both Jenn and Evan independently decided to move back home in the very same year. Once reunited in Muskoka, they quickly reconnected, and the rest is history.

Maid of Honour | Cousin
Riley Gauthier
Riley is Jenn's younger cousin and one of the only people who truly sees Jenn for exactly who she is. Riley was a lot like a little sister to her. She was the first younger girl cousin to come along, and Jenn fully expected everything from barbies to dress-up. Instead, she got mudding, sandcastles, hikes through saw grass, catching snakes and so much more. From back flips to fishing, Riley always inspires Jenn to try new things and take risks. A sensitive and sweet soul, Riley holds a very special place in Jenn's heart.
Bridesmaid | Cousin
Reese Gauthier
Reese is Jenn's younger cousin, and she is a lot like Jenn. They both work with children, they both love their family, and they both have them long Chambers' legs. Growing up Reese was known as Jenn's shadow, but now she is a life-long sister and friend. From the little girl who wore a Belle dress at Disney, to the teen who wore the Belle costume at one of Jenn's Library events, to the beautiful bridesmaid in the golden gown, Reese and Jenn have always had a special bond.
Bridesmaid | Evan's Cadet Bestie
Tess McQuiggan
Evan and Tess first met at camp when they were both in Army Cadets and became fast friends. Years after leaving Army Cadets Evan and Tess always stayed in touch and helped support each other through life's up's and down's. Now Tess stands beside Evan and Jenn as one of Evan's oldest friends and Jenn's most treasured new friends to celebrate this new chapter in both of there lives.

Emily Vinken
Emily is Jenn and Evan's badass almost (we hope soon to be) cousin! Groomsmen Ryan's longtime partner, Emily inspires Jenn with everything she does from rock climbing, to cheerleading, and now paramedics! Emily is the life of the party, always down for fun, has an infectious laugh, and shares a mutual love of super nerdy board games with Jenn and Evan! Not to mention she always wears the cutest earrings!
Bridesmaid | Princess Sister
Mikayla Collins
Mikayla and Jenn met in a land far far away, where trolls, castles, dragons, and fairies roam! Helping Jenn start her Princess Parties Business, Mikayla is a life-long friend and princess sister to Jenn! Mikayla and Jenn always stay in touch and now are big supporters of each other's careers and family goals. Always there with an open ear, a supportive hand, or a shoulder to cry on, Mikayla has always come through for Jenn. Evan may just have some competition for knight in shining armour!
Bridesmaid | Sister
Tori Westerby
Tori is Jenn’s newest sister, but in no way the least important. Married to Evan’s brother, Geoff, Tori’s kind and loving energy drew Jenn to her, and she immediately knew she had found a lifelong friend. Someone to plan family get-togethers with, chat teacher life, swap recipes, and raise the next generation of Westerbabies with. In so many ways, Tori has been Jenn’s guide into the world of the Westerbys, and Jenn feels incredibly grateful to walk it alongside her and soon share her last name.
Best Man | Brother
Geoff Westerby
The best day of Geoff Westerby's life was August 11th 1993 when his younger brother Evan was born. Geoff once told Evan in private that he wished he could be more like him and that Evan was his hero. Geoff made Evan promise to never share this secret and since he is such a good brother Evan has kept that secret even to this day. When Geoff and Evan were growing up they fought as much (and more) than all brothers do but over time developed a deep and sincere bond.

Justin Whipp
Justin is Jenn’s younger brother. As the youngest sibling himself, Evan was excited to gain a younger brother and friend for life. Justin often jokes that Jenn better not let Evan go, and it’s easy to see why. Evan and Justin are kindred spirits, both kind, helpful, and full of life. They have become vacation buddies, always up for trying something new together, from surfing and jet skis to go karting. Justin has always been a constant for Jenn, and she and Evan feel incredibly lucky to have him beside them as they take on life!
Groomsman | Cousin
Graydon Wilkinson
Growing up, when Graydon and Evan were not at the cottage on Acton Island, or golfing, they were working together in the summers for Evan's Dad's construction company. Graydon is one of the most genuine, and caring people that Evan has ever met in his life and one of Evans best friends. Graydon will always be the best Call of Duty partner that Evan could ask for.

Ryan Wilkinson
Ryan is Evan’s true partner in crime, having been dragged along on more of Evan’s adventures than anyone else. It helps that Ryan has done a lot of dragging of his own too. Growing up whenever one would get into some form of trouble the other was never far away. From bonfires in the back 40 to backpacking across Europe Ryan and Evan have been all over the world together, growing a stronger bond each step of the way.

Josh Rigby
Despite Josh growing up in Oakville Evan has known josh for nearly as long as he can remember. Josh, being one of Ryans Best Friends, was a frequent guest at the cottage on Acton Island when they were young, later on in life when Evan had moved to Oakville himself after college the two became fast friends and have stayed closed ever since.

Bryce Mendonca
Bryce first met Evan at church when Evan was just a trouble making teenager and Bryce was the person responsible for making sure that both he and his cousin didn't get into too much trouble. Evan and Bryce have remained good friends over the years and now Bryce stands next to Evan as one of his groomsmen.
Ring Bearer | Nephew
George Westerby
Georgie Porgie is Evan's nephew, son of his brother Geoff and SIL Tori. He loves cars, snowmobile rides, singing in his microphone, and reading books (curtesy of his personal librarian: Aunt Jenn). Fun Fact: Evan was the one of the 1st people to babysit George! Evan has learned so much from his time with George and has truly enjoyed watching his brother become a father. That said, Evan can't wait for George to get big enough to help him prank Geoff.
Ring Bearer | Nephew
Jack Whipp
Jack-o-Bean is Jenn's nephew, son of her brother Justin and SIL Sara... and her best little buddy. He loves frogs and wolves and anything that drives! Auntie Jenny and Jack spend their time reading books bear crawling across the backyard, searching for chipmunks, doing crafts and singing songs. All that changed when 'Uncle Ewan' came on the scene. Now Uncle Ewan is Jack's bestie. He catches frogs for Jack, takes him under waterfalls, lets him push him into the pool, and is the best at teasing and practical jokes.

While we wish we could host everyone, we have made the decision to have a child-free wedding with the exception of our two ring bearers and newborns. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope to be able to celebrate with family of every age at other events such as the Bridal Shower and the Engagement Party.
To help ensure everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that our wedding be scent-free. Please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, or strongly scented products. Thank you so much for helping us create a welcoming space for all.

This will be an August indoor-outdoor wedding, with most spaces open to the elements, so please dress comfortably for the weather.
